You will have a right to return & refund an item purchased on the website
within 6 days from the date of delivery if the item is not PERSONALIZED. In other
terms, if the item has been subject to personalized embroidery, the item is not eligible for
any return or refund.
We will refund the purchase price to you within 2 weeks after the goods have been
received and checked.
Cancellation can only take place within 12 hours after the order has been
placed on the website. Cancellation must be confirmed in writing by Serviettes e
Torchons to take effect.
